I've always loved to coach and train. It's in my DNA. I would strategically select positions in which I can positively impact the company's culture by training and developing executives, management teams and hourly employees. 

There is a great need to develop our future leaders. I like to use my experience with sales, customer service, leadership and DISC to create a unique training and coaching program.
