Meet Evelyn from Bravo

Evelyn Eccard is the founder of Bravo Leadership International. The name “Bravo” was inspired at a tennis match when a lone voice shouted encouragement, “Bravo! Bravo!” to a player on the court. That cheer made all the difference, and Evelyn knew it captured her mission: to champion leaders, encourage growth, and celebrate success.

With more than 25 years of experience, Evelyn has dedicated her career to helping organizations develop leaders and strengthen culture. She has trained executives, managers, and frontline employees, always with a passion for leadership. As a sales leader, she applied leadership principles within her own team and saw dramatic results that included higher engagement, stronger dedication, and greater productivity. Soon, other departments and corporate leaders sought out her approach.

Evelyn founded Bravo to make leadership development accessible to organizations everywhere. She understands that many managers struggle without training, and companies often deal with recurring problems instead of equipping leaders to prevent them. Bravo changes that by serving as a trusted partner in leadership development.
